Cristin Sturchio is a Senior Executive and Talent & Development Strategist with more than 20 years of success spanning financial services, fintech, media, education, and management consulting. Leveraging extensive experience and insightful leadership she is a sought after expert for early stage startups to mid-size, high growth companies looking to accelerate growth and optimize efficiencies. Cristin has held leadership positions with Third Bridge Group, TheMarkets.com, Credit Suisse, The Goodkind Group, MTV Networks, and Lehman Brothers. She is the President and CEO of Hayes Strategic Development, a company she founded to deliver organizational development. Client engagements range from launching a UK consulting firm, for whom she initiated their first US business operations and oversaw all hiring and contract negotiations, to designing a performance and compensation structure for a multinational fragrance company.
Previously, she was the Global Head of Talent & Organizational Development at Third Bridge Group, where she succeeded in increasing headcount by 230%, improving new hire performance by 20%, and reduced monthly employee turnover from 12% to 3%. She was also responsible for providing management and leadership coaching, sponsoring employee engagement initiatives, and hiring and managing an international HR team. Cristin joined TheMarkets.com in 2007 as the Global Head of Talent, where she was responsible for increasing headcount by 80% while reducing the cost-per-hire by 30% and maintaining an average time-to-fill of 55 days. She also designed and facilitated in-house training sessions and led the RFI/RFP of HR outsourcing vendors, resulting in savings of $650K in the first year and $850K in the second.
