I work in two lanes, script analysis for creatives and leadership development and coaching for executives and teams. In both, I partner with people who care about doing great work, not just more work.

As a Script Analyst, I am drawn to stories that balance strong characters with compelling tension. My sweet spot includes psychological and crime thrillers with moral weight, family dramas with generational echoes, and coming of age or buddy stories with emotional depth and humanity. If that story happens to be arthouse, indie, or international? Even better.

My path to script analysis grew out of two decades helping leaders and teams uncover the stories that drive human behavior. As an executive coach and facilitator, I’ve spent my career studying what motivates people, their choices, fears, and breakthroughs. Storytelling has always been at the center of that work.  I bring the same curiosity and precision I apply to leadership development into analyzing screenplays, looking for the thread that connects everything, the emotional throughline that makes a story cohesive and real.

Before founding Hayes Strategic Development, I held senior roles in talent and organizational development for companies including Third Bridge Group, TheMarkets.com, Credit Suisse, MTV Networks, and Lehman Brothers.  My background spans financial services, media, fintech, and education, industries that taught me how to read between the lines, identify patterns, and translate complex systems into human terms.

I hold a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University and have been quoted in Business News Daily, U.S. News & World Report, and The Washington Times.  I’ve served on the Advisory Board for the Rutgers Design Thinking Certificate Program and remain passionate about the craft of learning, finding lessons in the rhythm of everyday life.
